Diagnosis: 

The diagnosis received is a paraganglioma, posterior mediastinal. That's a rare mouthful. It is estimated that one of every one million people will get a paraganglioma. Of that number, .3% will have it located where mine has established residence, posterior mediastinum. I'm a lucky guy, I suppose.
